Job Description

What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to promote urology portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning and customer engagement.
• Provide hands-on technical support and product training to healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives.
• Represent company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Deliver market insights and performance reports to management.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales (medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Junior Sales Executive role.
