Senior Sales Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Sales to support customer relationship management and coordinate commercial activities throughout NPI to Mass Production. In this role, you will collaborate across BD, PM, R&D, and manufacturing teams while handling quotations, engineering follow-up,s and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quotation & Cost Management

-Handle quotations, cost review and RFQs

2. Project Execution (NPI/MSQ)

Coordinate schedules and related actions

3 . Engineering Change (EC)

Support EC, rework cost, RMA follow-up

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain communication and meetings

5 . Order & Forecast

Monitor PO, forecast and business alignment

6. Cross-functional Coordination

Work with BD, PM, R&D and factories

7 . Data & Reporting

Prepare Excel data analysis and reports

8. Project Lifecycle Support

Support project issues throughout the lifecycle
