The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage RFQ Development & Production Quotation file & capable to present the RFQ proposal.
- Coordinate with internal team to manage New Project Introduction (NPI) sample shipping & related cost issue.
- Back up new potential customer / project
- Work cross functional teams for business associated activities. (incl. daily operation/ material management/ excess review)
- Customer relationship maintenance
- Quarterly price updates and Cost reduction plan review
- Business negotiation
- Contract negotiation and execution
- Resolve commercial issues
Qualifications
- 具相關產業背景工作(ODM背景為佳)
- Bachelor or Master degree with business or engineer background
- 5 years or above of sales management experience
- Good English communication and negotiation skill
- Familiar with using excel and sensitive to numbers
- Positive and aggressive working attitude
- Team work spirit 8. Willing to take new challenges move proactively
