Senior Rust Engineer (Solana)

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and implement secure, high-performance smart contracts on Solana.

2. Develop and optimize mission-critical Java microservices supporting our blockchain applications.

3. Drive technical quality through documentation, code reviews, and security best practices.

Job requirements

1. 5+ years of software engineering experience with a CS degree or equivalent.

2. 3+ years hands-on Solana development with deep protocol understanding.

3. Expert-level Rust programming skills and Anchor framework mastery.

4. Production experience with secure smart contract development lifecycle.

5. Strong background in Java/Spring ecosystem for high-throughput services.

6. Cross-chain experience (Ethereum, etc.) a significant plus.

7. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset with ability to quickly adapt to emerging blockchain technologies.

Nice-to-have qualifications

- Solana Program Library (SPL) and token standards.

- Smart contract security and audit procedures.

- Microservice architecture and API design.

- Version control and CI/CD practices.
