Key Responsibilities

. Provide risk and compliance oversight across to support ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Group standards.

. Support the maintenance of the Branch's governance, risk, compliance, financial crime, and data protection frameworks and controls.

. Liaise with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant regulators on routine regulatory matters, submissions, and enquiries as required.

. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact, providing practical guidance where appropriate.

. Provide second-line review and guidance on business activities, projects, and initiatives to support regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

. Support oversight of outsourcing arrangements and third-party service providers in line with regulatory and Company's requirements.

. Work collaboratively with the other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to risk and compliance matters.

Requirements
. At least 6 years of experience in a compliance or related function in the financial industry.

. Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements.

. Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgement.
