Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational processes, including administrative workflows, office management, store support, and vendor coordination.
- Drive operational excellence across stores by standardizing and optimizing SOPs.
- Support store teams in operational execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage contracts, documentation, expense claims, and internal approval processes.
- Monitor store operations and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Handle urgent operational issues (e.g., maintenance, logistics, or store-related incidents) in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and renovation projects when required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to drive overall business performance.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within premium or lifestyle brands
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude, with willingness to go the extra mile when needed (e.g., supporting systems such as Xstore, WMS, OMS)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with frontline teams and understand their needs
- Ability to support marketing administrative tasks when required (approximately 85% retail operations and 15% marketing/CRM support)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capability
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury industry is a plus
- Familiar with SOP development and process optimization
- Experience supporting multi-store operations
