Senior Relationship Manager (Vehicle Loans/ Hire Purchase, Financial Institutions)

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate financing solutions for SME customers in sectors such as vehicle, medical, construction, transportation, machinery, and shipping.

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Proactively acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, or related fields.

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or banking.

• Familiar with Hire Purchase/ Leasing for vehicle loans

• Strong sales orientation with an established network of business contacts.

• Proven ability to source and convert leads into successful financing deals.

• Solid experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.
