Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity to manage and grow high‑net‑worth client portfolios by delivering tailored onshore wealth and priority banking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in‑depth financial needs analysis and client profiling to understand investment goals and risk appetite.
• Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market insights, and wealth advisory discussions.
• Provide informed recommendations on local and international banking and wealth management products.
• Partner with team managers to develop monthly action plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Support client acquisition and business growth through participation in marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management concepts, priority banking offerings, and banking processes.
• Knowledge or experience in offshore markets is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric advisory approach.
• Degree from a recognised institution.
