Job Description

inline is a fast-growing restaurant SaaS startup. We power the operational backbone of thousands of restaurants — from reservations, table, and queue management to digital ordering. Our customers range from Michelin-starred restaurants to leading local and regional dining groups. We are a market leader in Taiwan and are actively expanding our global footprint across APAC.

At inline, a recruiter isn't a requisition processor. We are a strategic partner to every team we work with. As Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end hiring experience across multiple functions, working closely with hiring managers who are genuinely invested in getting it right. You'll be joining our team at a meaningful moment: we are scaling quickly across Taiwan and the APAC region, and the talent decisions you make now will shape the teams that drive that growth. If you're looking for a role with real impact, this is it.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Hiring Manager Partnership

Role intake: Partner with hiring managers at the start of each search to clarify role requirements, define the ideal candidate profile, and align on evaluation criteria and hiring timelines before sourcing begins.

Ongoing communication: Maintain regular, structured updates with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to keep searches on track and expectations well-calibrated.

Process improvement: Identify and optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

2. Candidate Evaluation

Resume review & phone screening: Screen inbound applications and lead initial screening calls to evaluate core competencies, cultural alignment, and role motivation. Advance qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations for the hiring manager.

Strategic headhunting: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking. Partner with and manage external headhunters, maintaining clear expectations around our hiring standards and needs.

Candidate advisory: Provide hiring managers with transparent assessments of candidate strengths and gaps, market realities, and actionable recommendations when the pipeline requires course correction.

3. Candidate Experience & Communication

Primary candidate contact: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, clear communication, and a consistently professional and engaging experience.

Interview scheduling: Own end-to-end scheduling of all interviews, coordinating across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers with accuracy and responsiveness.

ATS integrity: Maintain accuracy and completeness of all candidate data, interview schedules, and feedback records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to drive efficient recruitment workflows and reporting.
