Driven and engagement-focused You'll work closely with senior candidates and corporate clients - and make sure both sides win.
Responsibilities
- Clients:Establish and nurture trusting, long-term partnerships with both new and existing corporate clients. Proactively identify business development opportunities and own the full recruitment cycle. Become their go-to partner for solving manpower resourcing needs.
- Candidates:Cultivate close ties with candidates so you can reliably source and place the best talent for your clients.
- Career Guidance:Offer market insights and strategic advice to help candidates navigate their career journeys. Lead robust market research, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary educated with at least 2 years of relevant agency recruitment, corporate sales or business development industry experiences.
- Ability to think strategically and act decisively - developing plans and driving them to results.
- The enthusiasm to connect and the maturity to build meaningful relationships within the professional community.
- An effective communicator with strong organizational capabilities
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Consultant
