This role plays a pivotal part in aligning with headquarters HR policies to enhance Moxa's employer brand, increasing its visibility and recognition across talent markets.

As the Recruiting Analyst, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to plan, execute, and continuously improve recruitment strategies for experienced professionals, ensuring Moxa attracts and retains the right talent. In addition to talent acquisition, you will take the lead in developing employer branding initiatives for all talent levels, positioning Moxa as a top employer in the high-tech industry.

By fostering positive employee relations and acting as a communication bridge, you will help strengthen team cohesion, employee engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs to understand business needs and define talent acquisition strategies for experienced professionals.
    • Design and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies for senior engineers, technical leaders, and managerial positions through market research, networking, executive headhunting techniques, and the development of suitable talent acquisition tools.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber, passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and industry connections.
    • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience tailored for mid-to-senior-level hires.
    • Analyze hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence to provide strategic hiring insights.
    • Ensure best practices in diversity hiring and executive-level talent assessment.
    • Analyze market segmentation, competition landscape and contribute to defining product positioning strategy with regional key stakeholders.
    • Leverage key metrics to assess talent acquisition, candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Employer Branding
    • Drive engagement through branding campaigns, recruitment events, and employee advocacy programs for both experienced and entry-level talent.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, and Hiring Managers) to ensure employer brand consistency across touchpoints.
    • Analyze employer branding effectiveness using key metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver recruitment process and interview skills training for hiring managers.
  • Take an active role in HR projects to accelerate business growth.
  • Share expertise and skills in development and knowledge transfer with other team members.

  • Education: Master's degree or above in HR, management or education-related fields.
  • Experience:At least 5 years of full-time recruitment experience or over 5 years of HR full function experience. (Talent acquisition and employer branding experience in the tech industry is highly preferred).
  • Language: Chinese native speaker-level proficiency with fluency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).

  • Ability to identify and respond quickly to internal and external customer service needs
  • Understanding of talent market trends in the tech industry, with the ability to provide insights and make data-driven recruitment decisions
  • Ability to generate and analyze data reports to monitor recruitment progress and quality, identify potential issues, and help the team recalibrate as needed
  • Project Management: Includes planning, information analysis, prioritization, attention to detail, conflict resolution, time management, task completion on schedule, outcome measurement, and improvement suggestions
