The Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Taiwan. This is a high-visibility, hybrid role for a talent acquisition powerhouse who excels in a startup-energy environment.
This is not a coordination-heavy role; it is a high-execution, hands-on position. You will be the sole driver of our US talent pipeline, requiring a candidate who can operate with extreme autonomy to deliver end-to-end results. Additionally, as a bridge between our US operations and global leadership, professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Autonomy End-to-End Recruitment: Take full, independent ownership of the hiring lifecyclefrom initial intake and aggressive sourcing to high-stakes offer negotiation and closing.
- Market Mapping & Headhunting: Proactively map the competitive landscape in GPU Cloud and AI Infra. You are expected to hunt top-tier passive talent from industry peers rather than relying on inbound applicants.
- External Resource Mastery: Identify, vet, and manage US-based specialized headhunter agencies to amplify our reach for niche technical and sales roles.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a talent consultant to leadership, providing real-time market intelligence on compensation, competitor movement, and talent availability in Silicon Valley.
- Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary talent liaison, effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin to ensure global alignment on hiring bars and culture fit.
- ATS Architect: Partner with HR Operations to select, implement, and lead the setup of our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby). You will define the workflows, interview kits, and data standards from scratch.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech (AI, Cloud).
- Independent Delivery: Proven track record of independent delivery in a fast-paced environment. You must demonstrate the ability to fill complex technical and GTM roles under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Language:Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Technical Savvy: Deep experience hiring for Technical Sales&Marketing and SA etc roles.
- Systems Implementation: Practical experience setting up or optimizing an ATS and building scalable recruitment processes from 0 to 1.
- Sourcing Prowess: Expert-level sourcing skills (Boolean, Github, specialized communities) and a hunter mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- A background that combines agency headhunting with in-house startup scaling.
- Deep roots in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area tech ecosystem.
- Experience in the GPU, Data Center, or AI Infrastructure sector.
