Senior R&D Engineer-Dev AI Direction

1. Code knowledge base and understanding: Combined with code data, it provides semantic code retrieval capabilities and supports natural language-based Q&A and sample code generation 2. Code-assisted generation and repair: Combined with the results of CI/Static Analysis, it provides summary summaries and repair suggestions combined with other R&D infrastructure (such as IDE/Code Interpreter), it implements AI-Generated Code has production-level delivery capabilities 3. Explore and build enterprise-level LLM application R&D infrastructure, and build access platforms and basic framework capabilities for LLM application development.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or more of work experience in R&D 2. Have solid basic skills in software development, proficient in at least one programming language among C, C++, Golang, Java, and Python 3. Have excellent learning ability and be able to quickly explore and practice new field skills 4. Have excellent architecture design and R&D delivery capabilities, and be able to design and implement highly available platform products 5. Have sufficient understanding and insight into the tool chain of the entire software development life cycle, and have the ultimate pursuit of polishing productivity tools 6. Have a certain understanding of the LLM application R&D technology stack, and have practical experience in building production-level LLM-powered applications.
