Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager (Main Con, Project)

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
• Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers

Job Specifications

• At least Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• At least 3 years of working experiences in civil industry
