Act as a technical interface between Elevate and customers, responsible for ATE hardware development, debug, and end-to-end ownership of customer issues. This role requires strong hands-on capability and the ability to drive problem resolution across internal teams and external partners.
This is a high visibility role, offering the opportunity to join and our growing Taiwan office while serving as a key engineering presence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer test and hardware-related issues, including RMA and CCN matters
- Own issues from initial analysis to root cause identification and closure
- Perform ATE and bench debug, including correlation analysis
- Identify root cause (Design vs Silicon process vs hardware vs test methodology)
- Collaborate with internal teams (PE, FA, Design, Operations)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ATE, test engineering, or hardware development
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience in load board/interface board design, ATE bring-up and debug, and bench-level troubleshooting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal devices, silicon characterization, and semiconductor assembly and test processes
- Proven ability to own and drive customer issues to closure with structured root cause analysis
- Good English communication skills (able to support customer discussions and technical alignment)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) is a strong plus
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.
