Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

What you'll do

Own product quality and delivery stability

You will define and drive testing strategies and quality risk assessments to ensure predictable, stable, and reliable product releases. You are accountable for identifying risks early and maintaining system and service reliability at scale.

Enable data-driven quality decisions

You will establish and maintain quality metrics and testing visibility, providing actionable insights that help teams make informed decisions during SDLC. Proactively communicating risks is a core expectation of this role.

Optimize testing efficiency and impact

With a strong focus on efficiency and ROI, you will continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize risk reduction while minimizing unnecessary testing effort.

Influence quality across teams

You will partner closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders across multiple projects or teams. Acting as a quality advocate throughout requirements, design, and delivery phases, you will help embed a customer-first mindset and shared ownership culture.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on, structured testing experience across Web, API, and Mobile platforms, with the ability to apply corresponding testing strategies into different product and system characteristics.
• Solid experience using testing and debugging tools such as Postman, Fiddler, Charles, Proxyman, and JMeter across functional, integration, and exploratory testing phases.
• Experience testing Microservices-based systems, including understanding service dependencies, data consistency, configuration changes, and cross-service workflows.
• A pragmatic and curious approach to programming and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven tooling), with the ability to evaluate and adopt tools that improve quality engineering effectiveness.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration testing, regression strategies, or quality risk management in Microservices or distributed systems.
• Background in high-scale or high-reliability domains such as e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or payment platforms.
