Designation: Python Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Chennai - WFO

Technical: Python, Fast API, Django Framework, cloud / Devops

Desired Profiles

• Python Development Leadership: Lead design, development, and optimization of scalable Python applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• AWS Cloud Expertise: Architect and manage cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) for high availability and performance.
• DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and ensuring delivery excellence across projects.
• System Scalability: Drive architectural decisions to support large-scale, distributed systems with robust monitoring and logging solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient software solutions.
