Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong Python backend development and software architecture expertise to design and develop scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Translate product requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UI Developers, QA, DevOps/SRE, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and product development.
Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery and technical implementation.

Required Skills

8–10 years of experience in Python backend development.
Strong Python programming and software architecture skills.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications.
Strong understanding of coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
