Responsibilities
1. Faced with the increasingly complex international situation and public opinion environment, go deep into team business, be responsible for the management of international strategic compliance projects (sets), and coordinate cross-department, cross-culture, and cross-team roles to lay a solid foundation for the compliance and growth of the international short video business 2. In-depth team business, assist the business team to establish a unified project process and promote its implementation, improve cross-team and cross-role collaboration efficiency, and establish a project data measurement and analysis system, and continuously optimize based on measurements to improve team delivery efficiency and quality 3. Closely track domestic and foreign data security laws and regulations, be responsible for the construction and optimization of department security compliance mechanisms, continuously explore compliance issues from the aspects of authority governance, data security, privacy compliance, etc., improve department compliance baseline levels, and avoid various penalties caused by external agencies reviewing compliance deficiencies 4. Combine business and team characteristics, accumulate and accumulate compliance project management experience, methodology and knowledge base, and empower and optimize the overall collaboration efficiency of the team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of experience in product development team requirements/project life cycle management and measurement analysis, work experience in the field of complex project management, or relevant experience in the above work in relevant professional consulting agencies is preferred 2. Data-oriented, with strong indicator system construction and data analysis capabilities, results quantification capabilities and project delivery capabilities 3. Have good business understanding, strong sense of responsibility and excellent logical thinking ability, and have the courage to face challenges 4. Have strong communication skills (meeting cross-department, cross-role, and multinational team communication), and have good English oral and written communication skills, and English can be used as a working language 5. Holders of PMP, Scrum, CISSP, CISA, CIPM and other qualification certifications are preferred.
