Responsibilities

  • Lead design and rollout of a unified Advisor Platform providing a consolidated client view.
  • Define product vision and roadmap focused on advisor experience and measurable outcomes.
  • Integrate data from onboarding, trading, custody, and risk systems into a real-time Client 360.
  • Deliver features including client profiles, integrated statements, purchasing power & credit risk monitoring, and dashboard insights.
  • Ensure platform architecture supports both client servicing and risk management, with strong data governance and regulatory compliance (HKMA/SFC MAS a plus).
  • Manage vendor selection and partnerships to align with strategic goals.

    Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in project management or platform strategy within Wealth Management.
  • Proven track record in building advisor platforms (Client 360, Workstations, Portfolio tools).
  • Strong knowledge of advisor journey, data models, and credit risk/purchasing power calculations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across advisors, technology, data, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HKMA, SFC, MAS regulations vendor platform experience (Salesforce FSC, Broadridge, SimCorp) preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
