Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle local and international high class prestigious residential developments in Hong Kong.
Manage all stages including project inception, concept design, tendering, construction, contract administration, completion, handover and defects rectification
Co-ordinate with internal & external parties, consultants and contractors
Review design presentation and detail design drawings from consultants

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience with property developers and experience in architecture design, interior design, space planning, FF&E, cost engineering & construction contract administration
Experience in working with international designers
Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect) or equivalent
Knowledge of local regulations & procedures of building, planning and land submissions
Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills diligent and passionate at work always driving for design excellence
Fluency in both English and Chinese
Occasional travel to PRC or overseas will be required to research and inspect on building technology and materials
To work under Project Management (2) Department to manage HK development projects from inception stage to completion stage
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Manager
