Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contractual interface between customers and the company
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
- Oversee project cost management, profitability, scheduling, and resource planning
- Ensure project quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth and successful project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and project milestones
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization
- Monitor and control project changes related to scope, schedule, and cost using proper change management processes
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods, and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize operational and commercial impact
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to support project requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, and records
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, ICT, Telecommunications, or other related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in ICT or engineering projects
- Experience managing end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience handling customer and vendor management in a project environment
- Familiarity with ICT infrastructure, networking, system integration, or ELV-related projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
