Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to complete enterprise-level application delivery projects for large customers, ensuring successful launch and acceptance on time, on budget, and according to quality 2. Continuously participate in customer communication, provide customers with overall solutions, and manage customer expectations, lead relevant internal functional collaborators, build a composite project team, and ensure cross-team communication and collaboration 3. Responsible for project planning, implementation, and daily management, effectively control and manage project costs, personnel, progress, quality, and risks, communicate with clients on project execution on behalf of the company, serve as the unified interface person for clients, talk to clients middle and senior management, and connect internal resources to achieve client project value 4. Cooperate with front-end business and pre-sales support expansion, connect resources from all parties, guide clients, and assist the front-end in planning project directions 5. Regularly report project implementation status to customers and company leaders, provide training and demonstrations according to customer needs, and ensure normal acceptance and continuation of projects 6. Provide digital transformation services to industry customers based on company products and strategies 7. During project execution, be able to formulate and execute project schedules based on standard implementation methodologies. After the project is completed, organize reviews and produce best practice and other documents.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with rich PMO-related experience, computer-related majors are preferred 2. Experience in PaaS and SaaS software delivery for large customers is preferred 3. Customer success-oriented, with customer-oriented software implementation and service solution deployment and other project experience 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, aiming to achieve a win-win situation, with strong written and verbal communication skills 5. At least have an overall deep understanding of the industry knowledge, business knowledge, business architecture, and application architecture of a single industry segment, and be able to independently complete system demand analysis, blueprint solution design, and implementation plans in the segmented professional field 6. Master basic enterprise IT architecture and business system cognition, and be able to support the output of relevant solutions for large customer enterprise-level applications in different business scenarios. Candidates with experience in system architecture, ITSP consulting, and organizational management diagnosis are preferred.
