Senior Project Manager - E-commerce R&D

1. Responsible for the smooth implementation and delivery of cross-team projects involving Douyin e-commerce to ensure the smooth advancement of business and technical goals 2. Responsible for the overall progress of the Douyin e-commerce R&D project, and participate in and lead the project planning, dependency identification, implementation progress tracking, delivery and other activities throughout the entire process under the condition of multiple projects in parallel, manage the project priorities within the Douyin e-commerce R&D team and the team's mid- and long-term project planning 3. Responsible for cooperating with the heads of various e-commerce R&D directions to improve the internal project management process, improve the construction of relevant tool chains, and improve the efficiency and quality of project delivery 4. Able to diagnose team pain points through process observation and quantitative/qualitative analysis and measurement, and continuously improve the ROI of R&D organization and business delivery.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background is preferred 2. 3 years or more of project management experience, a certain understanding of business and technology, and able to participate in in-depth discussions of projects 3. Responsible for more complex cross-team projects, proactive and goal-oriented 4. Excellent communication skills, able to lead project discussions and guide participants to reach an effective consensus 5. Data-driven analysis and decision-making capabilities.
