The Qnity Senior Continuous Improvement Project Manager & Supply Chain Consultant is part of the Continuous Improvement team within Integrated Operations. The CI team leads the design, implementation, and governance of Integrated Operations and Business processes, improvements, and standards, and serves as a key driver for global program and project leadership across diverse and complex initiatives.

This role supports endtoend process excellence and organizational effectiveness by developing and applying standardized methods, processes, tools, metrics, and training across Global Integrated Operations (Demand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics), Commercial teams, and select corporate initiatives. While project needs will vary, this role will place strong emphasis on internal and external Supply Chain processes, strategies, structures, and ERP system optimization. Lean/Six Sigma methodologies are core enablers for driving highquality program and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project leadership in designing and implementing improvements and best practices across functions and businesses to drive growth, organizational effectiveness, and productivity. Responsibilities include a strong focus on Supply Chain processes, strategies, structures, ERP system optimization, and coordination with SMEs, IT, and Data teams.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other standard methodologies to identify, develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration, issue management, and project control.
  • Conduct gap analyses and capability evaluations across Supply Chain and Operations involving people, processes, and tools.
  • Lead projects and workstreams using Lean/Six Sigma to deliver measurable Supply Chain or Operational improvements aligned to broader Operational Excellence and Supply Chain effectiveness objectives.
  • Support the development of efficient Supply Chains and the execution of Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
  • Lead or facilitate the standardization of Supply Chain and Operational processes, including alignment and integration with business systems.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance to contribute to the development and execution of site, business, functional, or product strategies and objectives.
  • Act as an advisor to project or program stakeholders, stepping in as needed to maintain timelines, resolve issues, and ensure progress.
  • Use sound judgment, data, and cross-functional input to support timely decisionmaking and issue resolution.
  • Solve technical or operational challengesoften with ambiguous or unstructured componentsby developing new or improved approaches.
  • Continuously expand knowledge through targeted learning and networking to effectively lead projects and meet objectives.
  • Draft project charters outlining benefits, scope, resource needs, milestones, and timelines.
  • Manage change processes to ensure projects meet time, cost, and specification commitments.
  • May lead projects or contribute to multiyear strategies for major initiatives such as product launches, portfolio management, new site openings, Integrated Business Process deployment, and Integrated Operations design and planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field (required)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including Supply Chain roles
  • Advanced project/program management experience with strong delivery record and crossfunctional leadership
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma training required
  • APICS CPIM preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)
  • Strong ERP capabilities (SAP / BW)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Indepth knowledge in one or more: Continuous Improvement, Program Leadership, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Lean/Kaizen, SAP/BW, Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics

Location: Taiwan or Korea (flexible but must be near a Qnity office or site)
