Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate print production projects, acting as the middle person between internal (Print Production Team & Project Management Team) and external (Marcom Teams & Client Sales), as well as 3rd party vendors. 
  • Work with Print Production Team and Project Managers to manage project and campaign progress and update timeline, daily tracker and others during live project – shared with related stakeholders. 
  • Preempt stakeholders for necessary action and flag issues to line manager and/or client wherever necessary, with proposed solutions (including potential delays) to avoid further escalation.
  • Own the basics of finance/administrative work and client service including creating and updating WIPs, timing plans, contact reports, financial paper works like billings, invoicing and tracker. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand and follow agreed workflows to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials. Review workflows from time to time to work out hindsight with stakeholders and seek opportunities for optimization.
  • Immerse yourself in the client's brand and merchandising, understand the impact from merchandising to print production orders and be the controller of correct orders being placed.
  • The ability to write, prepare and present project documentation, presentations and reports with a strategic mindset and point of view.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma and a minimum of 2 years solid agency experience preferred, gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production.
  • Demonstrate keen interest in learning about print artwork and digital artwork productions processes and best practices.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential 
  • A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems 
  • The ability to manage tasks in a large scale and prioritize the works to deliver efficiently within very tight time frames. Being agile and responsive under a changing circumstance
  • Fast learning and open-minded to new tools and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English 
  • Practical experience on macOS and proficient with Numbers / MS Excel is preferred.
