M.INTERIOR is looking for a Senior Project Executive to support the planning, coordination and delivery of landed residential projects in Singapore. This role is suited for someone who is digitally-savvy and enjoys working closely with project leads, designers, suppliers, site teams and homeowners to keep project work organised, well-coordinated and moving forward.
*Candidates must have experience in high-end interior works in a construction-related industry.

How to Succeed in this Role
The Role & Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Project Support and Coordination: Work closely with project leads and the wider team to plan, prioritise and coordinate interior design and construction projects across internal teams, suppliers and site matters, while helping to keep timelines, deadlines and follow-ups on track.
- Project Development: Support the generation of project documents such as quotations, budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and vendor lists. Ability to independently generate quotations for projects, especially for simpler scopes, is a key requirement. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure procurement and delivery timelines are met.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between the design, project management, and quantity surveying teams, ensuring smooth and clear communication across all parties.
- Meeting Engagement: Attend project meetings, track meeting agendas, document notes, and follow up on action items to ensure continuous project progression.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including quotations, budgets, schedules, invoices, and supplier contracts as per company policy.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Task Tracking and Timeline Management: Support project progress by monitoring timelines, tracking pending tasks, and highlighting delays or issues early where needed.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions. Be proactive in addressing on-site issues and assisting in adjusting project workflows when necessary.
- QA/QC and Compliance: Assist in ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently maintained throughout project delivery.
- Operational Support: Be ready to take on operational tasks at short notice, including client liaison, on-site coordination, or project quotation preparation, to support project success.

Technology and Reporting
- Software Skills: Proficient in project management software, google suite, etc.
- Innovative Solutions: Stay on top of the latest technologies and methodologies to streamline project execution and enhance outcomes.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate client and team feedback to continuously improve project management processes and outcomes.
- Performance Reporting: Utilize the latest project management software for weekly updates, providing comprehensive reports to management.
- Strong Ownership and Follow-through: The role requires someone who can keep track of pending matters, follow up where needed, and help ensure that key decisions and action items are not missed.
- Professional and Cross-team Communication: Able to communicate clearly and professionally across internal and external parties, while knowing when to clarify, follow up, or escalate matters appropriately.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in interior design, project management, quantity surveying, or a related role within the design and construction industry.
- Working knowledge of project workflows and construction/design processes, including budgeting and timeline management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage coordination tasks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic financial knowledge (tracking costs, managing purchase orders, etc.).
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability is a must.
