Job Summary

Based in San Chong, new Taipei city, Taiwan, the candidate should be capable to effectively execute test plans, perform basic hardware and software testing, collaborate with the team to analyze test results, and assist in maintaining quality assurance processes. The role involves supporting documentation of test procedures, contributing to product improvement based on test findings, and participating in troubleshooting hardware-related issues to ensure product reliability.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Participate in maintaining quality assurance throughout the testing process.
Execute test plans and test cases for telecom products hardware validation.
Conduct basic functional, performance, environmental and reliability testing for telecom/network products.
Experience and familiar with regulatory in telecom/network products.
Use testing tools and equipment for basic testing and validation.
Support in documenting test procedures and results.
Assist in analyzing test results and identifying issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related problems.
Collaborate with the team to understand product requirements.
Provide basic insights for product enhancement based on test findings.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Possess basic knowledge of telecom/networks technology, understanding related protocols and network structures.
Solid background on industry standards, like ETSI, NEBS, ISTA reliability standards.
With some experience in product testing, capable of executing test cases and analyzing test results.
Familiar with common testing tools and test equipment, able to conduct basic hardware and software testing.
Understand quality control processes, able to follow testing standards to ensure product quality.
Having basic problem identification and solving skills, able to assist in troubleshooting common issues during testing.
Document test procedures, results, analyze test results, identify issues for future reference and continuous improvement.
Possess basic teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members to complete testing tasks.
