(Senior) Product Specialist (Uro-Oncology)

Job Overview

Our Uro-Oncology team is hiring passionate professionals to deliver cutting-edge therapies to patients. As a Product Specialist, you'll be a core member of the customer-facing team, promoting our innovative therapy and driving commercial success in the assigned territory, contributing to a benchmark-setting oncology treatment.

Core Responsibilities

1. Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas

2. Conduct full-cycle sales activities, promote the target therapy to approved customers and channels (healthcare professionals, wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics)

3. Submit timely, accurate reports to the management team as required

4. Join on-site sales training & field rides, optimize performance with developmental feedback

5. Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand customer base and sales volume

6. Rationalize the use of territory resources (marketing materials, sales programs, approved tools)

7. Build and maintain stable, effective relationships with target customers

8. Monitor and manage district expenses, budgets and product sample allocations

9. Represent the team at relevant professional industry meetings and seminars

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline

2. 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with exposure to oncology or specialty care

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

4. Strong ability to identify potential customers and expand customer portfolio

5. Proficient in expense management and meeting demand generation goals

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

7. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

8. Proficient in MS Office applications
