Molex is seeking a motivated and self-driven Senior Product Specialist to grow with our product management team in the RF Segment, under CSBU, DSS, located in Taipei, Taiwan.
This person will be contacting internal and external customers to provide product information, do customer and sales support within the Product Management organization in the design center.
This person will support to assists the Product Manager in project tracking and managing the PDR and RPM processes to assure timely project completion.
Also to provide pricing/costing coordination support, designer review project analysis, PPAP project tracking, forecast demand, project management system data integration and business reports as requested by the Product Manager. Works with GSM, Product Management, Business Development and Business Unit Engineering to assure achievement of product plans, sample delivery and design wins.

What You Will Do
- Supports the product manager in the development and implementation of strategic products and annual business plans targeting markets, industries, and customers.
- Increase sales and market share of assigned product line in support of Divisional objectives. Tracks progress to plan for revenue, profit, and backlog.
- Works with product manager to improve profit and return on investment of assigned product line. Supports cost review, cost reduction, capacity planning, and quality improvement projects within established guidelines.
- Works with product manager to coordinate internal/external product track tasks in time frame.
- Works with BU Engineering, operations, and product managers in new design review activities and project coordination.
- Supports the product manager in new development activity associated with extending and growing the life of assigned product line.
- Under the direction of the product manager, reviews and approves special price requests, maintains price bands and price lists and makes recommendations for pricing strategies for new and existing products.
- Implements product promotion and commercialization plans including sales tools, literature, distribution, stocking, training, e-commerce, web content and sampling.
- Supports Molex TQM program by following approved policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related major
- 3+ year experience in large manufacturing plant in electronic connector/cabling related marketing, sales or engineering
- Good communication skills in English verbal, reading & written
- Strong background in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management preferred
- Team player. Strong sense of commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations. Ability to contribute in product/project meetings and present business case for each product or project.

- Experience using MS Project, SAP, and Procurement systems
