Summary of Position

The (Senior) Product Specialist will be responsible for achieving individual, team, and company sales targets through excellent product knowledge, strategic alignment with marketing initiatives, and execution of sales plans. This role involves developing long-term customer relationships, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing valuable market insights with integrity and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide market and customer insights to support broader business and marketing strategies.
  • Promote products to dental professionals and relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and outstanding service.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to expand portfolio coverage and develop new accounts.
  • Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plans to meet objectives.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training sessions.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders to foster strong business relationships.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science Discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related discipline or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of strong commitment, achievement, and demonstrated sales success.
  • High learning agility and adaptability.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
