Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in mobile or consumer electronics manufacturing, with mechanical In-Mold, coating, audio, wireless, display consumer electronics.
- 5 years of experience in product quality development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- 8 years of experience in overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions.
- Experience in preventing quality loss in the product development, implementing quality escalation process and on-going product improvement with JDM partners.
- Experience in working with embedded systems, digital reasoning board process engineering, and wireless subsystem testing.
- Experience in implementing quality metrics, capturing Measuring System Analysis by Joint Measurement Planning and enhancing outgoing quality coverage.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese, English and Vietnamese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute Product Quality Plans across the entire product development and sustaining cycles.
- Develop Joint Design Manufacturing/Original Device Manufacturer (JDM/ODM) quality strategy, framework, and lead factory quality resource development, assessments, and qualification.
- Manage quality issue escalation, addressing problems during New Product Introduction/Mass Production (NPI/MP), and leading failure analysis, risk assessment, and corrective action implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior quality talent, and serve as a partner to executive leadership.
- Lead product cosmetic management and Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) material quality, including requirements, inspection, and issue resolution.
