About the Team:
We are looking for individuals with strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making skills, and strong cross-functional and cross-border collaboration abilities. In this role, you will be expected to align with external vendors to co-create and envision new products, drive these products from 0 to 1, and ensure the continuous growth and optimization of existing products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute long-term product roadmaps based on market trends, data analysis, and user needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Border & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with external vendors to co-create product concepts. Internally, work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams across regions to ensure smooth product development that meets both business and user needs.
- Product Development & Optimization: Lead the full product development lifecycle (from conceptualization and scoping to launch), drive new products from 0 to 1, and continuously iterate to enhance user experience and product value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Experimentation: Leverage data analysis and user research to identify pain points and opportunities, drive A/B testing, and ensure product growth is closely aligned with market demand.
- Focus on User Needs: Deeply understand user behavior and core needs, ensuring product decisions effectively address real user problems and enhance user engagement.
- Improve User Engagement & Retention: Optimize user experience and interaction mechanisms to increase engagement and retention on the platform.
- Explore AI & Personalization Applications: Actively integrate AI technologies into products and continuously explore the possibilities of combining AI with music streaming and fan engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Work Experience: 3+ years of internet product management experience.
- User-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to understand user behavior and translate needs into effective product strategies and features.
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to independently develop and drive product strategies, ensuring successful implementation and landing of projects.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and key product metrics, with the ability to leverage insights for optimization.
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and resolve development challenges effectively.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Ability to track industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Cross-Border Communication & Language Skills: Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to smoothly conduct business and technical discussions with international teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in music, content platforms, social media, entertainment, or AI-related products is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese (experience in Japanese business communication or Taiwan-Japan cross-border project collaboration is a plus).
- Passion for AI applications or hands-on experience in launching AI-related features (e.g., recommendation algorithms, LLM applications, generative AI, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully driving a new product or core feature from 0 to 1 to a successful launch.
