Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a complex portfolio of AI-driven SaaS solutions
• Architect the master product narrative and strategic positioning, differentiating our solutions in a competitive global market and establishing the company as a category leader.
• Lead the development of a world-class sales enablement program, equipping global sales teams with compelling collateral, competitive intelligence, and advanced product training to accelerate sales cycles.
• Serve as the expert on our target markets and competitive landscape, translating deep insights into actionable strategies for product development, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
• Act as a key strategic partner to Product, R&D, and Sales leadership, ensuring a cohesive and powerful strategy from product conception to market launch and beyond.
• Own the product marketing budget and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and ROI of all initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product marketing experience within a high-growth AI, Machine Learning, or enterprise B2B SaaS environment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-powered SaaS products, with a deep understanding of usage-based, subscription, and platform-based business models.
• Deep commercial acumen and data-driven mindset, with demonstrable experience using analytics to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and campaign optimization.
• Expertise in marketing to both technical audiences (Developers, Data Scientists) and economic buyers (VP, C-Suite), with an ability to craft messaging that addresses the unique needs of each persona.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience building and mentoring successful teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bilingual(English&Chinese) is needed.
