This is a core product role with real ownership. You'll shape CoinW's spot trading and wealth management products that directly impact trading performance, user trust, and business growth across global markets.

What You'll Own

• Lead end-to-end planning and management of spot trading and wealth management products, from product design and strategy to risk control
• Continuously optimize existing products based on market trends and user feedback to improve competitiveness and user experience
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing optimization
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor offerings, providing data-driven insights and actionable product strategies
• Build and manage a high-performing product team through coaching, performance evaluation, and capability development

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
• 3+ years of experience in spot trading product management
• Strong understanding of spot market mechanisms and wealth management product design
• Solid data analysis skills with strong risk awareness and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with team management experience
• Proficient in both English and Chinese for effective stakeholder collaboration
