We are looking for high calibre talent to own and drive product initiatives across our internal systems and consumer-facing platforms. Depending on your background and where you fit best, you may be working on the tools that power our operations, the products our customers use directly, or both. If you have spent years delivering impactful product work in fintech, payments, or regulated environments and you know how to get things from idea to live, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Own and drive product delivery across assigned initiatives, which may span internal operational systems, consumer-facing payment products, or cross-functional platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and end users to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into clear product solutions.
- Define product requirements, user stories, process logic, and use cases, and ensure they are well understood by engineering and design teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering and prioritization through UAT coordination, rollout planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and business teams to ensure product solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with business needs.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and platform reliability across the products you own.
- Ensure systems and workflows are prepared and aligned whenever new features, payment methods, or regulatory changes are introduced.
- Potentially work with third-party vendors supporting product or operational functions, including participating evaluation, integration, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, SOPs, monitoring frameworks, and training materials to support adoption and consistency.
- Support audit readiness and ensure products and workflows remain aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Min. 8 years of experience in product management, internal systems, or operational tooling roles.
- At least 3 years in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or regulated industries.
- Experience with workflow automation, operational analytics, or AI-assisted operational tooling.
- Proven track record of owning and improving internal operational systems and workflows used by frontline teams at scale.
- Experience working across multiple functional areas such as compliance, operations, risk, customer service, engineering etc.
- Experience working across both internal operational systems and consumer-facing product flows, with a strong foundation in internal systems preferred.
- Experience in crypto or Web3 environments is strongly preferred given the nature of our business.
- Strong problem-solving and workflow optimization capabilities with a bias for practical, executable solutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple parallel workstreams without losing grip on the details.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership, execution capability, and bias for getting things done.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and operational process management.
