About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our KYB product suite. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for onboarding and verification workflows, ensuring compliance with global AML/KYC regulations while delivering a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the multi-year KYB product vision, balancing regulatory requirements with user experience and business growth
- Translate complex AML/KYB regulatory changes (FATF, FinCEN, MAS, AMLD6, etc.) into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmap items
- Identify opportunities to differentiate through data quality, automation, and workflow efficiency
Discovery & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end discovery: customer interviews, competitive analysis, regulatory research, and data analysis
- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; drive sprint planning with engineering and design
- Define success metrics and own KPIs — verification pass rates, false positive rates, onboarding time-to-complete, ops efficiency
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure the platform meets current and emerging regulatory obligations across target markets
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand client pain points and translate them into product improvements
- Work with data engineering and ML teams to build intelligent entity matching, risk scoring, and watchlist screening capabilities
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, regtech, identity verification, KYB/KYC, or risk/compliance domains
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC/KYB regulations and familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATF, MAS, FinCEN, AMLD6) is highly preferred
- Experience working on data-heavy products, platform products, or workflow automation systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and drive decisions from insights
- Proven ability to work with engineering and data science teams on complex technical products (e.g., risk scoring, entity resolution, ML-based systems)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise customers
- Ability to translate ambiguous regulatory or business requirements into structured product specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing PRDs and leading cross-functional execution
