Our client is a global leader in aviation systems, component manufacturing, and MRO services. Operating from their regional hub in Singapore, they are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to drive strategic sourcing for their upcoming regional facility expansion.

about the job

• CAPEX & Facility Expansion: Execute strategic sourcing and procurement for high-value capital equipment, machinery, and tooling to support new workshop setups.

• Make vs. Buy Strategy: Lead commercial evaluations to determine in-house capability development versus strategic external vendor offloading.

• Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate commercial terms, fixed rates, and master service agreements to secure long-term cost savings.

• Strategic Vendor Network: Build, audit, and manage a robust network of qualified aerospace and engineering suppliers in line with aviation standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with internal engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless operational readiness.

• Spend Analysis & Performance: Monitor supplier KPIs, manage spend analytics, and drive cost-reduction initiatives across regional expansion projects.

skills and experience required

• Preferably talents with a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Mechanical Engineering (or related) and 3 to 6 years of procurement or sourcing experience within an Aerospace MRO, OEM, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience in CAPEX procurement, contract negotiation, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is required.
