Role Summary
The Planner supports EPCI project delivery by developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams. The role ensures that project milestones and project timelines are met safely and efficiently.
1. Project & EPCI Schedule Development
· Develop, maintain & update detailed EPCI schedules using Primavera P6.
· Prepare baseline schedules with key engineering, procurement, fabrication, loadout, transportation, and offshore installation milestones.
· Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with contract and project execution plans.
2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
· Track daily/weekly project progress for engineering deliverables, procurement, Construction, and offshore works.
· Analyse critical paths, float, and risks affecting EPCI and fleet activities.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports: S-curves, progress curves, dashboards, manpower histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
· Present schedule updates during internal and external project meetings.
3. Procurement & Fabrication Tracking
· Monitor vendor progress, FAT timelines, and delivery milestones.
· Ensure procurement dates align with Construction and offshore installation needs.
4. Risk, Change & Delay Analysis
· Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures to minimise delays.
· Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims with delay analysis and supporting records.

5. Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain accurate schedule files, progress logs, daily reports, and as-built schedules.
· Ensure all planning documents align with project contract requirements and industry standards (EPCI & marine).
· Support project close-out documentation. Requirements
Education & Experience
· Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Marine, or related fields.
Technical Skills
· Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel.
· Knowledge of EPCI project lifecycle: engineering procurement Construction installation Commissioning
· Min 3–7 years of experience in planning, preferably in FPSO, EPCI Project, Offshore wind, Oil & gas, Marine.
· Experience with EPCI schedule development, project tracking, Construction, Commissioning & offshore installation.
