Overview Of The Position
BizLink is seeking a highly precise and analytical Senior Opto-Mechanical Integration Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing dispensing and curing processes, as well as managing related production equipment to ensure stable manufacturing quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments related to dispensing processes, including adhesive dispensing, dotting, and curing (UV/thermal).
- Responsible for selection, tuning, and acceptance of production equipment such as automated dispensing systems, mixing equipment, and curing ovens.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or above.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in mechanical design, including supplier management and component outsourcing.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks and Creo.
- Experience in CPO-related products or work experience in relevant companies or technical associations is preferred.
