Your Impact in Role
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for net-new, industry first business models, e.g., 2-wheel taxis, elderly transport programs, shared rides, high capacity vehicles etc
- Frame and structure our business problems, use data and analysis to solve these business problems creatively
- Work with external (may be government and semi-government institutions) and internal stakeholders (may be in Taiwan or global teams across operations, product, tech, legal, policy, marketing etc) to engage them in your projects.
- Communicate your insights, verbally and in written form
- Design and execute projects that will see the end-to-end delivery of your solutions
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Operations strategy for Taiwan
What You Will Need
- Extensive experience applying analysis to solve business problems (for example, in consulting, investment banking, technology and operations)
- Business fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Solutions mindset: you are naturally curious and are motivated by solving problems, however complicated or ambiguous they may be
- Analytical skills: you can develop actionable insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualisation tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Python or similar is a plus
- Collaboration: you work well with other people and can handle engagement with multiple stakeholders from different teams, locally and internationally
- Initiative and ownership: you manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy
- Communication skills: you can communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing
