Title: Spot Asset Operations
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite, Relocation Required)
Responsibilities
1. Asset Listing & Onboarding
- Lead the evaluation, technical testing, integration, and onboarding of new tokens and new chain assets.
- Coordinate with Wallet, Security, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth deployment, accurate parameter configuration, and cost/fee adjustments.
- Continuously monitor asset operational health and ensure wallet, chain, and custody stability.
2. Post-Listing Asset Operations
- Oversee post-listing operations including contract upgrades, token migrations, redenominations, and pricing updates.
- Drive asset activity, trading depth, and user participation through campaign planning and market coordination.
- Work closely with branding, product, and market teams to enhance visibility and support listing-related promotions.
- Track ecosystem developments and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities.
3. Risk Monitoring & Issue Handling
- Monitor asset-related incidents such as chain outages, abnormal prices, contract failures, or liquidity risks.
- Lead cross-department coordination for emergency handling, mitigation efforts, and risk isolation.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and optimize SOPs to improve operational resilience.
4. Asset Evaluation & Performance Analysis
- Independently conduct asset evaluation and due-diligence analysis including fundamentals, revenue, cost, liquidity, and risk assessment.
- Analyze asset contribution across AUM, trading volume, and revenue metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Support internal incentive programs based on asset performance and growth metrics.
5. Cross-Functional Program Delivery
- Manage end-to-end processes for asset integration, upgrades, and risk-control initiatives.
- Align with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and PM teams to ensure accurate execution and timeline delivery.
- Regularly produce operation reports, asset status updates, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience in the crypto industry, particularly in asset operations, listing operations, or project management.
- Familiar with mainstream public chains, stablecoins, token mechanisms, Layer1/Layer2 ecosystems, and RWA (Real-World Assets).
- Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, token economics, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of digital asset regulatory requirements and monitoring frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trading volume, AUM, revenue, liquidity, and performance metrics.
- Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to conduct professional communication with global stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure, and passion for the crypto industry.
