This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum two years with possibility for renewal subject to organization needs and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist direct supervisor to review project design and test plans
- Coordinate among work parties, internal and external business partners on various baggage-related projects to maximise baggage processing efficiency and reliability
- Monitor work progress and arrange testing activities to minimise operational impact
- Document detailed user requirements and test specifications
- Assist in carrying out system testing and document results with follow‑up actions
- Monitor day‑to‑day operations and log system performance and fault tracking
- Handle ad-hoc operational needs
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in airport operation, contract management or autonomous vehicle industry
- Solid experience in implementation of Autonomous Vehicles system in a live operation environment will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Holder of a valid HK driving license with Class 1 and 2 endorsement is preferred
