Senior Operation Officer, Innovation %26 Ramp Process Optimisation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory submissions and reports regarding Automated Vehicles and Ground Services Equipment Pooling Scheme projects

• Document user requirements, functional specifications, and test cases to support system development and regulatory submissions

• Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and trials, including results documentation and follow-up actions

• Organise testing schedules with operations teams and contractors to minimise operational impact

• Liaise with end users and contractors on requirements verification and user training

• Monitor daily operations, including system performance, fault tracking, and ad hoc operational support

• Handle project and contract administration, including progress reporting, payment verification, and document control

• Support operational service contract administration, including manpower monitoring, monthly payment calculations, performance reviews, and audits

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Previous experience in airfield operations is an advantage

• A strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license Class 1. Holder with Class 2 is preferred
