Responsible for the motion design of TikTok live broadcast business operation activities, creative production of brand, product, event-related promotional animations, short videos, etc. 2. Collaborate with products, operations, design, and R&D to ensure high-quality animation and video display effects 3. Understand the live broadcast and short video business, accumulate animation and video design methodologies, and verify the commercial value of the design 4. Understand efficiency improvement methods, and accumulate animation and video design rules. Suppliers and materials, manage and control supplier processes, output quality, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in design or digital media more than 5 years of work experience in multimedia-related industries understanding of cutting-edge animation design trends systematic animation movement rules, rhythm control capabilities, creativity and imagination 2. Familiar with 2D/3D animation design and post-production tools, including but not limited to AE, PR, C4D, Blender, etc. 3. Understand the cutting-edge video AIGC technology and have practical experience in AI tools have excellent execution skills and be able to guide the team 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect upstream and downstream business and complex project management and promotion capabilities 5. Excellent English skills, able to communicate in English with colleagues in non-Chinese-speaking areas.
