Job Description
- a recognised degree in social science, business administration, communications or other related discipline
- a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably gained in sizeable organisations, educational institutions, government departments, or the construction / engineering industry
- solid experience in event planning and management, project administration and execution
- excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- a good understanding of generative AI and data analytics would be an advantage and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Duties include
- to provide administrative, operational and coordination support to the CIC Youth Affairs Committee (CICYAC) and its working groups
- to cultivate and maintain the relationship with industry stakeholders to create synergy on events and activities for youth
- to actively engage external stakeholders, including secondary schools and universities, for heightening awareness on various events and activities
- to assist in planning, coordinating and delivering youth-related events and projects, including logistical, administrative and follow-up arrangements
- to prepare discussion papers, reports and briefing materials for CICYAC and its working groups as and when required
- to serve as the departmental champion for occupational safety, cyber security and personal data protection, ensuring relevant policies, controls and practices are implemented and maintained to support effective departmental operations and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
