Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the property valuation vendors who conduct CBG residential property valuation's management process to ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on property valuation vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns
- Manage / Review CBG property valuation reports to assess the accuracy of reports made by outsourced property valuation vendors.
- Assist R/E market survey and provide market outlook highlights.
- Assist team's projects and team related statistic analyst.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with property valuation vendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property valuation vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on property valuation vendor management activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Risk Management team on property valuation vendor-related matters

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property valuation and strong knowledge of property market, or a related field within the property services industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex risk-related issues
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings to stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing vendor management strategies and processes
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and property valuation industry best practices related to property valuation vendor management and risk management
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic English speaking, reading and writing ability are needed, and fluent in English communication will be a plus
