The Digital Banking team plays an instrumental role in DBS's push in the innovation space. We lead the digital strategy for consumer banking and build the foundations critical for the desired digital customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Test Preparation: Collaborate with product and development teams to understand initiative requirements, user stories, and specifications
- Test Execution: Execute test cases across various platforms (web/iOS/Android) environments (UAT/Pilot/Production), and downstream systems, and ensure all test results and screenshots are accurately and comprehensively documented
- Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and retest defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), ensuring clear communication with development teams for timely resolution
- Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features or tech initiatives are implemented to ensure existing functionalities remain intact
- Admin Support: Support daily tasks and operations, including reports, process management, other administrative task and ad-hoc duties
- Collaboration: Actively participate in agile meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and communicate test progress, results, and risks to the team
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: Software QA experience in financial industry is highly preferred
- Language: Intermediate or above English skill level is preferred
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, and positive work attitude
