The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree
- a minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in administration experience in programme administration or marketing is highly preferred
- strong leadership, self-initiated and problem solving skills
- strong communication & presentation skills and experience in partner management is highly preferred
- a high level of integrity and a strong sense of accountability
- pro-active, resourceful and energetic character, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- knowledge or experience in construction would be an advantage and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
- to oversee and lead training programme administrators and assistants to organise master classes and signature training programmes within budget and timeline, and coordinate with internal and external parties
- to develop and maintain good relationship with industry stakeholders and to regularly review partner engagement strategies
- to manage marketing and promote training programmes including continuous professional development programmes to the general public and the stakeholders of the construction industry
- to assist in obtaining qualification recognitions from local and overseas professional organisations, educational institutions and government authorities
- to perform secretariat duties for training-related working groups and promotion-related activities and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
