Senior Officer, Retail Portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance (online and offline), including ongoing maintenance of the retail portfolio database

• Develop data visualization dashboards using business intelligence platform

• Maintain and enhance database data integrity and documentation for building knowledge base of M365 Copilot Agent

• Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on data access, business needs understanding and data analytics insight

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies

• Support team operations through data enquiries, inter-departmental follow-ups, contract administration, licensee business performance monitoring, market research and regular reporting

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder Business Analysis, Information Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business and data analytics and contract management

• Experience with Reporting and Analytics Platform including Databricks and Power BI is a plus

• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with the team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
