Responsibilities:
Handle leasing of shops in assigned zones and terminals, including market research, pre-marketing, retailer engagement, and coordination of viewings and negotiations
Manage tender exercise, including the preparation of tender documents and providing evaluation and award support
Perform retail management and contract administration duties, including monitoring licensees business performance, shop inspections, and regular reporting
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance (online and offline), including ongoing maintenance of the retail portfolio database
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data analytics and leasing management
Experience in Retail/ FMCG/ Shopping Mall is a plus
Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperating well with the team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
