Senior Officer, Retail Portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing of shops in assigned zones and terminals, including market research, pre-marketing, retailer engagement, and coordination of viewings and negotiations

• Manage tender exercise, including the preparation of tender documents and providing evaluation and award support

• Perform retail management and contract administration duties, including monitoring licensees business performance, shop inspections, and regular reporting

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance (online and offline), including ongoing maintenance of the retail portfolio database

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data analytics and leasing management

• Experience in Retail/ FMCG/ Shopping Mall is a plus

• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperating well with the team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
